And give the kinsman his due of dutifulness and kindness and the needy and the traveller as well; and do not squander by expending for any purpose other than in obedience to God.

Sunan an-Nasa'i #2587It was narrated from Salman bin 'Amir that the Prophet said:Da'if

"Giving charity to a poor person is charity, and (giving) to a relative is two things, charity and upholding the ties of kinship."
