وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍۢ نَّذِيرًۭا
Wa law shi'naa laba'asnaa fee kulli qar yatin nazeeraa
And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
